September 30, 2014 1615h The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the examination and identification of a 33-year old female who died at the Snohomish County Jail on September 29, 2014. The decedent is Crystal D. Hollaway of Everett, WA. The cause of death is hanging. The manner of death is Suicide. For further information, please contact the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office. September 29, 2014 1630h The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has completed the examination and identification of an 80-year old male who was involved in a small plane crash on September 27, 2014 at the Frontier Airpark near Lake Stevens. The decedent is Robert L. Elder of Camano Island, WA. The cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries. The manner of death is Accident. The decedent is Marilyn E. Mowan of Everett, WA. The cause and manner of death are pending further studies.

The decedent is Travis A. Nelson-Martinez of Sultan, WA. The cause of death is hanging. The manner of death is Suicide.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has determined the cause and manner of death for the 42-year old female who died on May 22, 2014 at the Snohomish County Jail. The decedent is Melissa L. Bradford of Tulalip, WA. The cause of death is cirrhosis and the manner of death is Natural.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the 24-year old female who died on January 13, 2014 at the Snohomish County Jail. The decedent is Lindsay M. Kronberger of Everett, WA. On October 7, 2009, Brock Holmes was picked up at his residence 28109 Old Owen Rd, Monroe by Gary Wheelock, Clint Wheelock, Cameron Johnson, and possibly Clint’s off and on girlfriend Delmise. They left Brock’s home around 4:30-5:00PM. The CrimeStopper Posters have it WRONG! Brock was wearing a long sleeve dark blue shirt with white stripes down the sleeves, cargo style blue jeans and brown shoes. He had his ipod, cell phone, and $150.00 on him. The group went to Bubbas road house and eventually was kicked out due to Brock putting Clint in a head lock, Cameron said it was a playful headlock, but the bartenders didn’t believe that. They went over to the Dutch Cup restaurant and proceeded to play pool in the bar. A woman stated that she saw Brock attempting to calm the group down so they didn’t get kicked out again. Jessica Seybold Jessica Seybold went missing in December 2017. She was last known to be at 12327 276TH ST. in Arlington/Trafton area. The house she was at at the time belonged to Donnie Shaffer's mother, Yvonne Ellis.(Yvonne Bratley, Yvonne Shaffer) He was living there, along with Jason Larcom and Jasons girlfriend Rhianna Rammage (Rhianna Elizabeth Boe).Jason had been using Jessica's car and at one point several texts from Jessica to various family members suggested she was in danger, she gave the address and said she was at some creeps house "Im working on getting away safe.." . At one point she video called her mother when Jason had her keys and took Jessica to angel of the winds casino where she waited in the car and told her mother she was scared and she didn't want to piss him off but was hoping to get her keys from him and leave. ANDREW FLOE

Andrew Floe from Darrington Down The Rabbit Hole..  Andrew Floe is a name that has been thrown around in regards to what happened to Jessica Seybold when she disappeared in December of 2017.  He seems to be an associate of Donald Shaffer and lives or lived in Darrington, just off ST RT 530, along the same path as the river runs along side the back of Donald Shaffers former residence.   Information regarding Andrew Floe seems to link him to possibly having a former relationship with a lady by the name of Tammy Blakey. She is interesting in that she owns several properties along the same stretch of road that connects Arlington to Darrington and beyond... She is a pilot and owns or owned a horse ranch at one point and seemed to be an advocate or animal oriented person, as evidenced by her daughters involvement in horses.
